22th June 2011 [Internship]

Yea, I came back to Singapore. In my vocation, I went to Cameron Highlands. The happenings were shown in the photos that I've shared with my friends :D

I was notified that I am placed to Deloitte & Touche LLP located at Shenton Way for my internship. My first expression was "sigh". Cos Deloitte was not one of the choices that I chose in the Internship Ranking Exercise. Also, I checked the pay is only S$600 per month, which is lower that what I had expected. However, I went to search the information of Deloitte. After all, Deloitte is a good company which good reputation. It is one of the BigFour companies in Singapore.

From what I have read from its website, Deloitte maintains a warm and friendly culture yet junior staff are able to communicate with their partners at ease. Hopefully, this is factual.

Alright, I have replied the email to the lecturer in charge and should not worry too much of not getting in a good company. Although the pay is not high, I think that I can learn many things from this experience :)
